At MadeInGhanaShop, we are committed to ensuring every customer is satisfied with their purchase. All our products are handmade by skilled Ghanaian artisans and carefully checked before shipping. If you experience any issues with your order, please review our policy below.
1. Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

The item includes all original packaging and tags.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Worn waist beads or adjusted items

Perishable goods (e.g., shea butter, cocoa butter), unless damaged on arrival

3. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos or videos showing the issue
If verified, we will provide a replacement, refund, or store credit.
4. Refunds
Refunds are issued once we receive and inspect the returned item. If approved:

Original shipping charges are non-refundable
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. If the return is approved due to our error, we cover replacement shipping fees.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked delivered by the courier, MadeInGhanaShop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, we will assist you with courier investigations where possible.
8. International Orders
International customers may incur customs duties, VAT or taxes, and clearance delays. These charges and delays are outside our control and are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are not provided for delays caused by customs or courier processing.
